I have noticed lately that Plasm games have been played at times when they know I cannot make it. I blame this on FFcowboy who I have known for some time dislikes me because of my fame and good looks. Admin probably encourages this as well as he is an even worse player than the cowboy. Have you two chaps ever watched Brokeback mountain?

Anyway I just wanted to apologise for missing out on this years worls series of poker (WSOP) but I ended up being paid a lot of money for a Japanese dog food commercial (Poker dog kinuchi)

I tried to get across to the pokerpalms game but the low level of quality meant by the time I made it to the game it had been finished hours earlier, due to the all in mentality of the USA based players, namely some guy called FiremanSAM or something and Zandtrap.

Never mind at least they tried and I will try to get back to one of their other games, though when the play is as bad as it it on pokerpalms it becomes nothing more than a lucky dip.

I played a 22 year old (a bit of a push I admit) with the mind of a twelve year old. The people there were senior mental health workers and I got amazing feedback from my work. Either I look that young OR I play someone with serious mental health problems very well. I think I know which one it is.

I played on a free chip game again this weekend as my moms friends in America wanted to meet me as they have seen A Jesters Tale. Scarily they liked it and thought it was a great film, but I was in it so what do you expect?

Anyway the level of play was bonkers, 70-80% of players seeing flop and playing anything. Why do people use free play as an excuse to play like plonkers.

A quick question – Is there any value to playing these free chip games to help your game? If so what?

Years of partying hard and then further time sat at poker tables have not helped me maintain my once wonderful physique and fitness levels. People assume because I am thin that I am fit. Well, yes I am fit if you mean handsome and attractive and witty and charming and intelligent etc etc, but physically I need some help.

So to the gym then, 3 or 4 times a week and it has been great, I actually have some muscles to tense up and I have much more energy as well as having more focus. Coupled in with a lower booze intake (sadly) means that my poker powers are becoming strong again.

I went on to a weight machine at the gym the other day and before I went on there were two young, well muscled women. I assumed I would be fine with whatever weights they had on but after my first set I had to pretend to pick my drink up, then look round and lower the weights.

I also asked about a huge weight machine. I spoke to the gym trainer (who looks about 12) and he explained how it works. I explained my lack of exercise means I am seriously weedy (weak) he laughed and said I looked fine, and put me on a set weight. I then did a set, while my arms shook like a shitting dog, before the young man came back and asked me if I should use lower weights! Outraged I carried on doing as much as I could manage to show how strong I am. The day after I couldn’t put my shirt on properly as my chest and arms felt odd.

So a new mean Lee means beware as my powers of concentration have grown as have my competitive edge. Next time you see me I will be muscled and have the stare of a manic keep fit freak who will talk at you about how my training could help you. Or maybe I will just be drunk and in a cheap bar, whatever, be nice to me.

I let her use my Full tilt account and play some $1, $2 and $5 games. She struggled quite a lot as her play was so loose, due to the kind of play on play chip games. She thought playing K4 suited was ok because they were suited and, hey, the King is a pretty good card right!?!?!? I explained that she was out of position, she had a crud hand and if she wanted to gamble, go play bingo.

She then had King Jack and was middle position and had seen a raise before her, yet she still called with it!?!?!? I asked her why and she explained it was a good hand and there was not much that could beat her. I asked what she thought about any pair someone may have, or KQ, or Ace rag and she went quiet. I asked what kind of hand would be raising under the gun and sure enough the guy had aces.

What is weird, is I had helped her become a tight player in live games, yet all this has one since playing play chips.

I guess she is happy playing for fun with nice people and isn’t bothered about making money, but can poker without the money have the same buzz? I think not.

Long time no see, or e-see, whatever the correct term is. I have just started getting back into poker again after a break for a while.

So what have I been up to I hear no one asking! I have been doing a lot of writing, film making, editing and am about to start work on a feature film, with a piece that has some high level interest from over here in the UK.

I also have some work coming up for the Asian market where we will possibly be making a poker/gambling reality TV show. Sounds glamorous but it aint.

I also have two documentaries to make for SKY TV about the sex industry - don’t ask!

In the coming months etc I will be playing more poker, making more films and telling you what I think on poker and life in general.
